Overview

Building on seven years of experience developing threat assessment tools and the award winning HDA-DEIP system, Atlascraft created Targetr, the next-generation threat detection and analysis tool. Targetr provides proactive situational awareness, enabling rapid maritime anomaly detection, threat identification, and reaction. Targetr addresses movement, identification, metadata, and relationships for vessels, cargo, companies, people, and the interactions between them.

Targetr’s unique advantage is its ability to capture, compare, and derive relationships using historical data from disparate sources while maintaining information pedigree. Targetr tracks data by source and source changes, providing you with a transparent fusion history. Source preservation reduces operational risk by ensuring accuracy in intelligence analysis and operation execution.

Total Information Awareness

Targetr ingests and correlates data from satellite data feeds, terrestrial collection stations, historical databases, published reports, RSS feeds, web sites, and third party providers. Fusion enables the software to accurately analyze implicit intelligence discoveries then immediately alert analysts of potential threats.

Target Search

Complete a concentrated search using the Target Search interface. Target Search allows you to discover any object in the system based on limited available information, and provides a tightly focused potential target set for in-depth analysis.

Image Search

Images, audio, documentation, video, and other content can be easily retrieved using the Media Search functionality of the Targetr system. The media search ensures you have your sights set on not just a subject…the subject.

Parametric Search/Link and Nodal Analysis

Create custom queries using the Parametric Search. Using any combination of sophisticated search patterns, users can find threats based on attributes, relationships, schedules, geographic location, and similarities between entities. These search patterns can be saved for future use or used as ongoing active searches that evaluate incoming data on a continuous basis and trigger alerts when matches are found. Results can be published, viewed, modified, and exported to third party software.

Saved Searches

Targetr gives the user the ability to save and publish their search patterns. In addition to improving analyst efficiency, the saved searches provide organizational continuity of knowledge as well fostering collaboration and communication.

User Generated Alerts

Targetr provides persistent communications channel for receiving alerts about critical threats and opportunities. Users can publish their search patterns to provide continuity of knowledge and foster collaboration. User alerts can be public or private, and have configurable titles and severity levels. Alerts can be delivered via email, IM, and web browser, enriched with data from other sources, and can be shared with external systems with web services.

Composite Data

Targetr accepts data from a wide variety of sources, and automatically fuses the data together using configurable workflows. The system monitors in real time across diverse sources, including sensors, communications systems, message queues, web services, RSS feeds, databases, and flat files.

Mapping

Using Google Maps™, Google Earth™ or World Wind, the integrated geographic information system created by NASA, Targetr allows users to view entities anywhere around the world. In conjunction with Atlascraft’s PADE integration, Targetr will analyze anomalies in a target’s route.

Interoperability

Designed to work with your existing intelligence system, Targetr can import and export data via web services, providing seamless integration with third party applications. Live network links ensure your data will never be out of date, while the REST based interface ensures maximum compatibility with other software.
